Direct Care & Service Costs

Relationship-Based Healthcare

The Direct Care Approach

We offer a straightforward approach to billing and care. By paying a direct, transparent fee and bypassing the middleman (insurance!), we can dedicate more time to you and give you the attention you deserve.

* While we don’t bill insurance directly (except Medicare part B), we’ll submit paperwork for your out-of-network claim as a courtesy. Your insurance will then work with you to provide any covered reimbursements.

FAQ

Do you file insurance claims?

We don’t bill insurance directly (except Medicare Part B), but we’ll submit paperwork for your out-of-network claim as a courtesy. Your insurance will then work with you to provide any covered reimbursements.

Our fees are low, flat, and fixed, so you don’t have to worry if your insurance plan changes. You, our patient, are our top priority, and we focus on providing excellent service and quality care.

Can I be seen without a membership?

Yes, we provide a fee-for-service option for anyone for whom a membership wouldn’t make as much sense.

Who is the membership best for?

Memberships are best for patients with chronic illnesses or disease processes that may require multiple appointments, specialists, and coordination of care. With a membership, you never have to worry about how much your medical bill will be each month or worry about being seen quickly for any urgent issues.

Can I use my HSA or FSA to pay?

In some cases, you can pay medical fees through your HSA or FSA. To be sure, check with your plan administrator first.

Do you offer financing plans for surgeries?

Our fees are low, flat, and transparent. We don’t want to hinder anyone from receiving the medical care they need, and we can work on an individual basis to provide financing options.

Look, see, and feel your best.
